Custom-Made Products
Because all Froviant products are manufactured to your individual measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. This is consistent with the custom-order exemption under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during installation, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange an inspection at no cost to you. If the defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product at no charge
- Replace the product with an identical or equivalent item
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the nature and extent of the fault
Incorrect Measurements
Where Froviant has performed the measure-and-quote service and the resulting product does not fit due to a measurement error on our part, we will re-manufacture and re-install the product at no additional cost.
If you have opted to self-measure and the product does not fit as a result, we are unable to provide a free replacement. We may offer a discounted re-order at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation with a full refund of your deposit. After this period, production may have already commenced and cancellation may not be possible. If production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
Warranty Claims
Products covered by a valid manufacturer or installation warranty should be reported to us by email or phone. We will coordinate the claim with the manufacturer where applicable and keep you informed throughout the process. Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready when you contact us.
