Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at froviant.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue using the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers and customers of Froviant Window Furnishings Pty Ltd.
Products and Services
All products displayed on the Site are made to order based on the measurements and specifications agreed during your consultation. Because each item is custom-manufactured, colours and textures viewed on screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.
We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or superior quality where a specific fabric or component becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the alternative before proceeding.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided during your in-home consultation are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices include GST and the cost of standard installation within our service area. Additional charges may apply for high-access installations, structural modifications or remote locations.
Orders and Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card and selected buy-now-pay-later services. Orders are placed into production once the deposit is received and confirmed.
Installation
Our installers will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date. Reasonable access to windows and surrounding areas must be provided. If access is restricted or if furniture prevents safe installation, we may need to reschedule and an additional visit fee may apply.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified at the time of purchase. In addition, Froviant provides a 5-year workmanship warranty covering the quality of our installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, extreme weather events or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods or services is limited to replacing the goods, re-supplying the services, or refunding the price paid — at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, design elements and logos, is the property of Froviant Window Furnishings Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish any content without our written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
